While your home is being built at the factory, our contractors are busy preparing your site by installing utilities, building foundations and any other improvements like garages, that you may want on your property. Once your new home arrives, our placement crew places your home on the lot. All necessary finish work is completed; including sheet rocks finish work, carpet installation, trim work, plumbing, electrical, deck/porches, and landscaping.
It is now time to move into "Your new home"; however, the service from Cliff Lee Construction / Lee Quality Homes continues.
Every new owner receives a full orientation of their new home with a walk through inspection. Service Professionals will correct any problems promptly. We warranty our work and materials for NLT 1 year.
